You know those days where you feel like you haven't gotten a thing done? Where you are running around feeling like a chicken with your head cut off... this note is for those days:
You have achieved somethings just by waking up today, putting your clothes on, brushing hair, and managing to eat something that resembles food...
Wait? Whats that? Oh, you didn't do half of those things?
Ok... let's try again.
You are beautiful and strong... and ok... I don't have that much in me. But you get where I am going right? Your awesome and a total babe. Enough said.
The thing is, there are days where I can literally check every single 'to-do' off the list, work out, eat well, yadah, yadah, yadah, and feel like I have done NOTHING. I feel like I have been twiddling my thumbs for hours all because the rhythm I like to have to my day was off like a white guy trying to do the Dougie.
However, given this fact, I am bound and determined to get my groove back. So, I am going to leave you now...to go clean my kitchen and dance like Beyoncé.
